[Known] XP only gaining for 1 of the 3 agriculture skills

    Title: XP only gaining for 1 of the 3 agriculture skills

    Details:Not sure if its a bug or intended, but reporting to be safe. Experience is only granted when actually planting seeds, not when watering or harvesting.
    Steps to Reproduce:Harvest, Plant or Water. XP only gained for planting

    We have a bug open for this: 52256.
    This may be by the design (it is currently under review) but right now I'm treating it as a bug.
