    Details:
    Place a level 2 kobold totem in rotunda encounter room and enter the dungeon in adventure mode

    Seems like all mob becomes NPC and non-hostile

    Steps to Reproduce:
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 7 (6.1.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2500 CPU @ 3.30GHz (4) System RAM: 32715
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950 GPU RAM: 1960
    SotA.Win.64.957.Date.04.24.19
    Area: PlayerDungeon_MineCart
    Area Display Name: Player Dungeon
    Loc: (10.0, -0.4, -154.4)

    im having same in all 5 of my encounter rooms, untill I attack then can kill them but only aggro as u hit them
