    Title: Kobold Fighter Insta-Respawn
    Reproduction Rate: Once, I've seen this guy respawn before my eyes the second after I looted him only once so far.
    Blocker?
    Details: I've seen this guy respawn before my eyes the second after I looted him. (I don't loot arrows and Kobold Mages haven't been spawning so only Fighters thus far)
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1: Go to coords listed
    2: Defeat Kobold Fighter (if that is indeed what spawns there)
    3: Take note if he pops back up after looting his corpse
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU Q 820 @ 1.73GHz (8) System RAM: 16373
    GPU: AMD Mobility Radeon HD 5800 Series GPU RAM: 1010
