Title: Kobald time machine issue with no sync after removing
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? yes
Details: Kobald time machine issue with no time sync after removing. this means that after removing the time only moves forward on its own clock from the midnight and or midday. takes about 1 hour to reset after you log off which most likely the timer closes out. system should on pick up sync time with rest of the world. not sure of the implications to other things in world outside of sun and moon powers.
Steps to Reproduce: look at current time, place object look at time, lift object look at time 1 hour later. time will start off last known time affected by machine.

Timelord showed me these WIP devices on the Live server - but since it's a WIP and not fully implemented yet, I'm hesitant to mark this verified. I'll discuss with Alley Oop, and see how to handle the report.
