Law & Order - Also, Doffing One's Hat/Cap Emote

I was wondering whether the game could incorporate a set of laws that go with the Virtues? and include appropriate punishments?
There are two ways to go about introducing trying crimes and passing sentence/punishment, we could either make it funny as in comedic events or actual stocks for law transgressors.

Proper legal system based on English Common Law
We'd have to write up a minimum set of laws associated with the Virtues. Each city/town would have their own court and magistrate (who'd canvas and be voted into office) and who's job it would be to hand down sentences and the High Sheriff and his men would carry out said sentence. The people would make a day of it like the olden days by dressing in their finest and going to watch the action. You could have emotes for 'boo!', 'hang im"' and 'think of the children' and a chap selling ye olde popcorne.


Perhaps stocks and pillories maybe?

Or we could make it comedic, whereby people volunteer to stand in the stocks and have fruit thrown at them, we'd need an animation for standing in a stock and one for throwing the fruit.



Also, any chance we could have a 'doff hat' emote?
