"Learn a new skill, then equip it." Quest Bug in Highvale Outskirts

    On top of the Monastery, there is a Combat Trainer NPC by the name of Leonard that provides a quest that I have difficulty completing. I have most skills unlocked but I saw that I could level my Shields (Deflect Tier 1) and unlock Bolster Balance (Tier 2), and that did not complete the quest. I do not recall it if I dragged it from the NPC Skill Window but I attempted again with Bludgeon. I leveled my Bludgeon Combat to 20 and bought Break Weapon and dragged it from the NPC Skill Window unto the hotbar. That did not work either.

    Any workarounds?

    Sorry, but I don't know of any workarounds. But anyone who does should feel free to suggest one!
