leather bandit boots

    I'm sure people have written about this, but I can't find it for sure so just incase. I put on the necklace of cautious precision and the leather bandit boots on at the same time. Still move around all slow like no change. You would think the 2.5% move rate would offset the -1.5% move speed, but it seems to make no difference at all. Still moving slow unless you pop berserker stance or dash. I know you can have no more than two speed buffs at one time, but I'm not exceeding that limit with just these two items.

    that limit does not apply to items, just to active skills/consumeables.
