Level 2/4 Troll Totem - Trolls do not spawn

    Title: Level 2/4 Troll Totem - Trolls do not spawn
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? Yes/no(you must scare up some mobs in other dugeon rooms to get trolls spawned)
    Details: Trolls do not spwan if it is the first room with mobs you enter
    Steps to Reproduce: Place a Level 4 Troll Totem in Troll Encounter Room and set dungeon back to adventure mode
    User Specs: OS: Linux 5.0 ManjaroLinux 18.0.4 64bit CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600X Six-Core Processor (12) System RAM: 32163 GPU: GeForce GTX 1080/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 8192 SotA.Linux.64.963.Date.05.01.19 Area: PlayerDungeon_GreenBrickFoyer_3Connections Area Display Name: Player Dungeon Loc: (-88.3, 0.0, 0.6) Debug: UGxheWVyRHVuZ2Vvbl9HcmVlbkJyaWNrRm95ZXJfM0Nvbm5lY3Rpb25zfHwoLTg4LjI3NSwgMC4wMDIsIDAuNTYzKXwoMCwgLTAuNDMxLCAwLCAwLjkwMil8MzAzLjU0MTd8MTkuMTkwMTJ8OC41NDY5Nw==

    Trolls only spawn if you trigger mobs(e.g. Kobolds) in other rooms first.

    Edit: I just noticed that this happens in my friends dungeon with level 2 troll totem as well. I can not test more, because I can not set it back to deco mode(even not with co-owner permissions) .
