It's broken worse now it seems.. my dex has dropped to 53 at all times of day.. something weird is going on.

 

Uhhh weird.
You understand game mechanics very well but is there something that we may be missing as to why your dex dropped 24/7? Did a devotional or a food buff wear off, or perhaps a change in equipment?

I've written a bug up but if you or anyone else has anything to add to the issue, it would be appreciated!

@Lexie Nothing wore off as far as I know.. I've still got the devotional buffs - looking back at the screenshots, I don't see any additional items equipped or food buffs active.. weird?

 

Note that the Moon Worship dex buff persists not based on a Day/Night cycle, but whenever the moon celestial body is above the horizon. If the moon is above the horizon regardless of if it's day or night, it will apply the buff. If it's below the horizon day or night, there will be no buff.

Tested in latest and received the expected Dex buff when setting time and date for the moon to be above the horizon and in view.

 

Ah.. weird.. Thanks @Attenwood .. maybe I was getting the buff then, just not as expected I should (that would explain why my dex dropped from 60 to 53..)..

I would think the behavior should be altered so that it's day/night dependent - since that's how sun worship works - and perhaps the skill renamed if necessary to Night Worship.. sine I suspect the design intent of this skill is to be a Dex version of Sun Worship's Str. boost?

The description was changed awhile back to reflect the moon's position, which is key here...it's the moon, not whether it is night or not
