Light source inconsistencies

    1. Title: Light source inconsistencies
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: When trying to place light sources (candles) on tables, dressers, etc., I occasionally get a message that says you cannot place that item so close to another light source. Today though, I had a candle on a regular table. I removed the table and replaced it with a writing desk. When I tried to put the candle back on, I got the light source message. Seems inconsistent.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Try to put light sources on various surfaces in the same exact area. Different light sources and/or surfaces give different results.
    6. User Specs: PC Windows 7 Pro 64 bit AMD Radeon R9 200 w/4gb
