Lighting - Deep Ravenswood

   - First, apologies if this has been previously reported. I scanned the threads here and didn't see it.
   
   - We noticed the other night some strange lighting changes in Deep Ravenswood. I managed to catch about 20 seconds worth of video of it doing this weirdness:
   
   
   
   - Tonight one of our folks was in Hometown and mentioned that he was seeing the same weirdness in Hometown - He had patched up to the latest patch - Build 547. (But we experienced this over a significant amount of time in Deep Ravenswood, so that might be a better place to repro this one.)
   
   
5. Steps to Reproduce: Spend some time in Deep Ravenswood

   OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
   CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz (8) System RAM: 16299
   GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 GPU RAM: 2016
   [Sorry, I didn't do this bug report at 3 am when we were experiencing it so I didn't get the location, but I thought you might want the OS/CPU/GPU etc. info.]
