    Title: Everything is grey
    Reproduction Rate: 50%
    Blocker? no
Details: Sometimes in bright sunlight everything will be grey (no color, like being color blind), it doesn't happen all the time, but a good portion of the time. Mainly the trees & bushes. Once while in Braemar all the trees were clipped mid way up their trunks. This happened when it was raining with lightning. Other objects were fine, like buildings and grass. This problem comes and goes, no matter what scene.

I experienced the same thing in several locations, and it does seem to be related to bright light situations. For instance, I was standing just inside the arrival spawn point in Soltown with the sun overhead and the leaves in the trees were showing the same as in the OP pics. Once the sun started setting, the weird lighting effects on the local foliage went away.
