    Title: Lightning Glyph on the Skill Progress UI sometimes become transparent
    Reproduction Rate: 80%?
    Blocker? No
    Details: On some random occasion the Skill Progress UI for Lightning will have transparent glyph.
    Steps to Reproduce: Just kill stuff with lightning skill.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: AMD FX(tm)-9590 Eight-Core Processor (8) System RAM: 16284
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 GPU RAM: 4007
