lightning storm light strobe

    I was excited to try out lightning storm and found it very bright and flashy. Having worked with people in the past with sensitivity to that kind of thing I know it can be an issue for some. I think the spell is groovy enough with the clouds and the zap effects that it doesn't need a risky bright strobe. I also saw others voicing concern of this in universe chat as well.

    I was at Vertas Pass yesterday, people were using it and it was super obnoxious; to the extent where I don't want to do a CP again.

    It is a great addition to the Air tree, and while I find the animation SPOT-ON - it is overwhelming to both the user and anyone who happens to be within it's effect.
    It's spectacular, but please just TONE IT DOWN a bit..... :)
