    He has done a great Job working all the masterworking to at least 50 and one to 100. Sadly no new properties at 100.

    We are working together to get more to 100 to hopefully see if something changes before persistence.

    The only gem I must have lost are emerald but can socket with every other type.

    Yep I am still building my silver reserves, That list might not be totally complete, but it does give the gist of what you are going to be looking to see with the new masterworks above 50. And as weins said, don't be afraid to ask for some items. I even have a post about an item give away, I just got the second person to ask for something. I was expecting many people to want some kick arse gear, guess they are under estimating my crafting abilities :).

    I think there's likely some conflicting mechanics at play here. Exceptional +1 items can have 200 durability. Every additional masterwork lowers that, making the item less attractive from a durability perspective, and raising the price because of the increased risk of item destruction.
    Given the rate at which gear is damaged, and the contrived low drop rate of COTO's, durability (or ignoring gear altogether) may be a higher priority in general.
    Less expensive gear with higher durability is likely to be in higher demand, at least until everyone is level 100 with dozens of thousands of gold in the bank looking to spend it on something.
    If gear was easier to make, or wasn't destroyed when masterworked, or you could pick the bonus instead of it being random, it would change things dramatically. But that will require changes to harvesting, and nodes/scenes. Having 5000 players all playing in one of the two silver "mine" scenes? Not a good design, imo. Even worse that one scene is going to change unpredictably at some unknown point in the future, inevitably making it far more difficult and/or scarce. Just wait until a silver dupe is found. You want to see a wrecked economy? That'll do it.

    And they upped the challenge on one of them so the monsters are all level ~60 now, which makes it even more illogical. How? Because by the time you can get the materials, you don't REALLY need the gear. It's backwards. Silver should be in the lowest level mines, not the highest level. Otherwise, everyone is going to get to max level without using any of the gear, making all pets and custom gear optional luxury items. Seems like yet another a wasted opportunity all in the name of more punitive mechanics. Now? Race to the silver! Get the silver! Riiiiight. Because that kind of design worked great in the past 20 years of games that did it. /sigh

    The time to get people used to consuming/damaging gear is on the trip from 1-99, not at adventure level 100. smh.

    Go to hilt, run past or die and get down to the room with the ghosts, rezz there, drag the ghost back up to where the lich is, die, go rezz again and you are free to mine all the silver in the secret room that spawns really fast. No need to be high level this way. Duping anything wrecks economies. I wore broken gear for about a month in this release, it hurt me resistances, but I still was able to do some crazy stuff.

    Sun Gem Socketing a Weapon appears to only give possibility of Searing Ray and Blind only had 6 staffs I will make some more for more chances in a few

    There seems to be only 2 things that come per gem. The sun only seems to get the searing ray and blind.
