[Known]Loading performance gone really BAD in some places

    Title: Loading performance gone really BAD in some places

    Details:
    It is taking far longer to load into my house now than on previously releases. I made a video to demonstrate how long it is taking now, considering that this was the time it took to load the game if i logged out inside the house, hence making the client load EVERY possible asset and permission before allowing me to enter the zone.

    Now it happens just by entering the city. And then, my house takes another long time to come up.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    - Just load the game in the area marked bellow
    - I've upgraded the client to current release. Will try to wipe the installation and check if the bug persists.
    - See the video for details (i can only enter my house after the 2 min mark).

    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 16320

    I noticed that many game settings in QA were reset to their defaults. One game setting is "aggressive loading". If that has changed, then it might perhaps result in the differences you see. In any case, what I viewed seems pretty normal to me, but then I have Australian internet.

    Update: i just wiped my instalation and reinstalled. The problem STILL persists, so it is not related to any "old file". :(

    Even being in Brazil, i never get this loading time. I even made another video showing the difference.



    @Attenwood what he is trying to say is that in my first video you can see the "fading screen problem" from time 1:15 beyong.

    By chance were you using the dx9 fix from R36? We are aware of the loading issues tied to recent data changes, and are continuing to work to increase performance. Thank you for reporting.
