See the screen shot. It takes a while to load and then it sits at this screen with the loading screen and the in game screen overlaid with each other, it's weird.

How long do these waits typically last? What you're experiencing is the client hitching the moment it loads into the scene and is trying to remove the loading screen.

Could you send you do this for me:
    1. Close the client completely
    2. Reload the client
    3. Load into a scene where this issue occurs
    4. Once the scene finishes loading and looks normal, close the client
    5. Locate the output.log file in your QA client's directory. It should be in the data folder. Send it to me at rromero@portalarium.com

We may get a glimpse at what process is stalling your out on load.

Problem with that is it only happens when I first log into the game. Once I'm in I don't have the issue. Will the log still be useful with just logging in and closing the game?

Mischievous Dragon's video is a very good example. I loaded the game and closed it and emailed you that output_log.txt file. I'm not sure how useful that'll be because everything is fine when trying to enter a zone. Also here's my /bug info.
