"Lock doors" flag not showing instant effect

    1. Title: "Lock doors" flag not showing instant effect
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: The "Lock doors" flag on acess permissions is not showing an instant effect to other players in the scene, even if these players are granted some permissions. Outside the house they will be able to use their permissions instantly, but actually entering the house past the main entrance door apparently requires a scene reload.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Unlock doors and/or add new persons' access permissions
    6. User Specs: Win 10, nVidia GTX 970, core i5
