Locked out of all house functions & property manager

    Details: My property manager is completely blank, it no longer shows my magic mover slots OR the saved property I had in there. I can't change the house type for any house I own. When I select a different house and hit "proceed" it does nothing. Hitting proceed a 2nd time makes that popup go away, but the house never changes. i tried logging in and out and restarting my client. This is blocking me from doing ANYTHING related to housing except pay taxes and claim/unclaim a lot.
    Steps to Reproduce: Use the Property Manager or try to change to a different home.
