Locking cursor while loot panel shown causes cursor to unlock when looted

    Title: Locking cursor while loot panel shown causes cursor to unlock when looted
    Reproduction Rate:100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: Closing loot panel automatically toggles the cursor mode, but toggles it the wrong way if it was locked while the panel was open.
    Steps to Reproduce: Unlock cursor (Either hold or toggle), double click on corpse to open. Lock cursor. Press F to loot all. Cursor unlocks.
