    Title: LOD slider mostly affecting trees only - Novia
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: The level of detail slider only affects trees
    Steps to Reproduce: Find a spot on the map where the overworld LODs start to "pop" - open the Options window, adjust LOD silder to maximum - then adjust slowly to minimum -- observe that mostly only trees are affected.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6800K CPU @ 3.40GHz (12) System RAM: 32679
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 GPU RAM: 8088
    Area: Novia
    Area Display Name: Novia
    Loc: (115.7, 12.7, 208.7)
    Debug: Tm92aWF8fCgxMTUuNzQxLCAxMi42NzQsIDIwOC43MDYpfCgwLCAwLjIxOSwgMCwgLTAuOTc2KXwtMzg1LjE1OHw1MC41MDAwOHw0MA==

    See video here for example

    In this video example - notice the LODs popping on the Overworld around the river and surrounding terrain on the upper-right corner of the screen. Notice that changing the LOD slider has no effect on these LODs that are popping but only seems to affect the trees and the line of little rocks along the shore.

    I was under the impression that when the Player has their LOD slider set to "maximum" - the game engine will show all LODs at max quality all the time - but it doesn't seem to work this way?
