    Details:
    • The building can appear and disappear entirely based on your distance from it.
    • And frankly, you don't need to be that away for the vanishing act to occur.
    • See the screenshots
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Begin at the location mentioned below
    2. Face North North East, towards the "under construction" building
    3. Observe the absence of a building
    4. Head towards the construction site
    5. Observe how the beams simply pop into existence
