Log out when standing on pier, stuck in pier when logging back in

    Title: Log out when standing on pier, stuck in pier when logging back in

    Details: I was fishing at the end of the pier the other night, then logged off. When I logged back in my avatar was stuck halfway through the pier, could not jump or otherwise escape
    Steps to Reproduce: Stand on pier, log out, log in
    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 4.8 Fedora 23 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6500 CPU @ 3.20GHz (4) System RAM: 32100
    GPU: GeForce GTX 1060 6GB/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 6144
