Longfall Woods: Bandit Key Quest underwhelming reward.

You pick up one key and the signed note at the bandit camp that talks about their loot, and you can see it behind the camp, a chest, several pieces of art- all good stuff, right? So you go about, get the other keys, return... and it's a single chest that you can loot with randomized low level loot. The paintings aren't obtainable, nor are the vases, or the statue- all the neat looking deco pieces are all unlootable. Why? After going through all the effort to get the keys and unlock that door, why are we unable to get the rest of the stash, too? It jsut made what felt like an awesome little hidden quest into a let-down.
