I have played with shield n mace exclusively and now I want to build more of a damage build with bludgeon should I go two-handed bludgeons or dual wield?

I'd go with two hand bludgeon personally, utilize that high strength bonus.

You might also consider axes and using the Poison skill to add more damage. You can’t use Poison very well with hammers.

With Poison and Ignite Weapon, that should do some nice damage.

Also a number of skills *seem* to crit more than others. Like Knockdown I swear crits like crazy. But that could just be me and my equipment.
