Loot cap doesn't seem to reset at all

    Title: Loot cap doesn't seem to reset at all

    Details: I afked for about 70 minutes to wait out the cap and did nothing for this entire time. I started again and was immediately hit by the cap again/still.

    Can't really provide any more details about this for now since the whole existence of the cap has never been communicated and has been changed frequently none of these have been communicated either.
