    Over 1000 hours of playing, my Truth virtue still hasn't recovered from looting bodies there. I don't know if they changed the virtue hit from looting bodies yet but I sure hope they do.

    They haven't, the new character is not on the Path of Truth anymore :'( Which is fine by me, I just wanted to see what the loot total was. That's before getting to the outskirts, if you want to do it legit, just get rich there.

    Vendors need to not pay top dollar for same junk each time.

    Well I had a ton of stuff, was over encumbered, and suffered a virtue hit for it.
