Looted Items Only Print to Chat When in a Party

Details: In the Chat window, any Tab with ☑ Misc checked will print the Looted Items of all Party members except yourself, and Looted Items are not printed in chat at all when you are not in a party.

Expected Behavior/Suggestion: Add another checkbox in the Chat Tab options for ☑ Loot and have ALL Looted Items print to chat (not just other people in your party) because I would like to see what I just looted if I accidentally hit E/Take All too quickly.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Be sure ☑ Misc is ticked in your Chat "Tab 1" options.
2. Loot a mob or chest while not in a party.
3. Notice that looted items do not appear listed in chat.

While IN a Party:

1. Be sure ☑ Misc is ticked in your Chat "Tab 1" options.
2. Loot a mob or chest.
3. Notice that looted items do not appear listed in chat.
4. Have party member loot a mob or chest.
5. Notice the items party member looted are printed to chat.

I noticed this today. Scared me thinking they had done that max coin limit, but I was still getting the coin, it just did not show on my chat box anymore.
