   In certain light, example Soltown Catacombs the lords Cloak looks like it has a crescent tear a the top of the insignia between the insignis and the Cloak itself. Looks like someone grabbed it and tore it loose from the cloak. Does not look this way in normal day light.

   The same thing happens with the Baron's cloak sometimes too...
