    Title: Lord Pledge Houses Have A Sale Value
    Blocker: No
    Repro Rate: 100%
    Details: The Lord pledge has two houses: a Lord Founder and Lord Benefactor town homes. These rewards have a 20K value assigned to them and can be sold to a vendor for 10K each.
    Steps:
    - if you haven't claimed the rewards, open your bank
    - find the Lord benefactor (town home) reward
    - check its value. it should be 20K
    - do the same for the lord founder (town home)
    - go to a vendor and sell them
    - you'll be 10K rocher for each house
    Build: Live 427 and QA 370

    There are a few pledge/add-on homes that have sale values now for some reason (Kobold Dwelling Village Home for example). I know the R31 update said they could be turned in for Gold Crowns but maybe regular gold too?

    The economy is going to be a game unto itself. :)

    In the R31 notes:
    • Crowns for Items: Crown merchants will now offer crowns for certain items. For now, this is limited only to house deeds from Pledges and Add On Store purchases but may expand to support other purchased items as well. This is to help support players wishing to still be able to “melt down” after final wipe, but who may have already claimed their items.
