Losing range combat attack and having zoning issues with Hidden Vale

I'm also having issues with ranged combat. I tested ranged combat attack in town and it works fine there. But when I went into Deep Ravenswood, it wasn't working correctly. When I press my left mouse button down for ranged combat attack, it won't fully charge and I end up losing it. Then I can't use ranged attack for another few seconds.

When zoning into Hidden Vale, my client keeps locking up.
