Lost 100 Point Dungeon

I was organizing my backpack space...i clicked the housing table and sorted by weight and bulk selected many items and hit destroy.

I do this even with replenishing boxes selected as the game doesn't destroy them (message says item can't be destroyed) but I guess the Dungeon Entrances were not working this way, yet.

I had applied the pattern to the tomb entrance and had it in inventory and wanted to place it next and then it i realized what must have happened after searching bank and inventory for 5 mins.

Please give me my 100 point dungeon entrance pattern back
