Lot timer and the scarcity of row lots

Since the lot timer was changed from 7 days to 2 weeks (lot ownership now expires after 2 weeks of player inactivity instead of 1 week), it has become even more difficult for new players to claim a lot. Village and Town lots are available throughout the land, but the cheapest lots (Row) have all been taken. Newbies with an Ancestor pledge and Newbies who have finally managed to grind 40k gold now have a Row lot deed but can't find a free lot anywhere.

This situation is not new - it existed even when the lot timer was set to 7 days - but now it is easier for inactive players to "block" lots, and lot turnover is not as quick.

As long as Row lots remain scarce (i.e. before other towns like Brittany are introduced) I would like to see the timer for Row lots reduced to 7 days once again.
