Lots of unexpected disconnects for the last 4 days. How goes the server move?

I am not sure if it is related to the rumored server moves at portalarium headquarters, but my guildmates and I have been suffering a larger than normal number of interrupts during game play. These are kicking us out of the game and sometimes require s full game restart.

When will things settle down so we can proceed with normal game play?

 

Currently, the Test Server is using the new servers, and that is running very smooth. This should hopefully be gone by next release.

If you have the time, maybe give the QA tester server a try?

 

We do have an active support ticket at the data center for this connection issue. The issue has been acknowledged, but no resolution. The plan is to move to a new data center for the upcoming release.
