Loud sounds during zone load

    Title: Loud sounds during zone load

    Reproduction rate: 100%

    Details:
    When loading the island of Celestis (and likely other islands) even though I have my volumes down low (at times the master volume slider is all the way down), the crashing waves which is subtle after the zone is loaded is extremely loud during the zone loading process.
