Love quest bug, Malice (Spoiler)

1. Title: Cannot receive quest item, exp reward, and journal update from Sequana in Malice.
2. Reproduction Rate: Completed Malice instance twice, bug recurred
3. Blocker?
4. Details: After defeating Anapa and proceeding to Sequana's prison, Sequana already thanks me for quest completion, but does not award anything. Using dialogue term, "Heart of Sorrows" will instruct me to speak again with Samael. Speaking with Samael again fails to open dialogue box, but rather a comment in general chat window to "speak to Sequana." I was otherwise able to speak with Samael (as well as Muriel) in each of the other steps in Malice.
5. Steps to Reproduce: Completion of Malice with defeating Anapa. Dialogue loops forever with Sequana without completion of quest. After leaving instance, redoing Malice, and re-killing Anapa, same error recurs.
