low or 0 durability on pvp artifacts in The Fall dungeon

    Title: low or zero durability on pvp artifacts in The Fall dungeon
    Reproduction Rate: not sure
    Blocker? no
    Details: I've found a few artifacts in The Fall and each time they've had very low durability. pick pocket gloves had 8/8 durability and boots of skulking 0/0 durability (50 max) I think this applies to the pvp specific artifacts? I found a maple band and it was 47/50
