    There is a brilliant and unique cabaret performer based in Austin, called Luna Tart.
    I'm suggesting that the devs go to see one of her shows and have inspiration for an older bardic female NPC with an attitude. And perhaps a ukelele. But what's the point, life's a party....everybody dance...

    (I saw Luna in Australia by chance, and would love to see a show by her again, but Luna has retreated to Austin TX . Bugger. It is a character that would work really well in the SoTA realm).
