Lunar Rift tool tip shows incorrect destination

    Details: Lunar Rift tool tip shows incorrect destination
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Walk to a lunar rift
    2. Float mouse over it and see destination.
    3. Enter rift and go to destination.
    4. Sometimes the destination is not the same as the tool tip preview showed you it would be.
    5. Once, the tool tip in brittany graveyard actually said it was going to brittany graveyard.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 12212
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 740 GPU RAM: 2018
    SotA.EarlyAccess.QA.Win.64.516.Date.06.27.17
    Area: Novia_R2_City_Etceter/Etceter
    Area Display Name: Etceter
    Loc: (-14.4, 27.6, -142.4)

    A few minutes later, on patch version 521 in owls head the tool tip was pointing toward owls head.

    a couple of minutes later, the rift in brittany graveyard showed a tool tip of brittany graveyard[​IMG]
