Lunar Rifts, can't return to Isle of Storms

    Every time i try to enter the Lunar rift from the same zone that it is going to it takes me and zones me in the same zone instead of taking me to the Isle of Stroms. Also after i rezone/respawn you can't click the Rift.

    "Entering Highvale from Highvale"
    "Entering Brookside from Brookside"
    and so on.

    I have tried leaving the zone and coming back in and it does the same thing as when you first come into the zone.

    I've been trying to finish the Grand Tour, would be nice to figure out how to bypass this problem.
