Mages and attack speed?

    I was just wondering, if I play as a mage with wands and only use magic glyphs in combat, would attack speed give me any benefit at all or can I completely ignore it? I doesn't seem to have any impact on magic glyph charge or cast times.

    Maybe someone knowledgeable can help me with this.

    As far as I know attack speed would be just interesting if you would use the wands to prick your enemies. ;)

    Attack speed has no effect on a mage, but you have draw speed and casting speed from chaotic feedback and Sorcerer stance or something in the focus tree, those will make you as a mage faster.
