Magic resistance potions

It has always bothered me the way the magic resistance potions work. There are 2 different super resist potions that raise resistances for 4 types of damage each. Why not have one for each different magic and maybe only allow us to use 1 or 2 types at the same time. And use recipes that are actually viable to make for everyone. Right now they are closed off to anyone who can't farm bosses and even then I bet most players would rather use those items to make bone armor.

I hate that you can just drink 2 potions and get resists for all magic. I'm not saying remove these completely, but there should be some lesser alternatives in my opinion.
