Magic water slow debuff cancel the one from chaos bolt since 2016!!

    1. Title: Magic slow debuff cancel the one from chaos bolt
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? no
    4. Details: When chaos bolt puts a debuff on a mob, a following slow debuff from water magic will cancel the one from chaos bolt (and vice-versa). This dramatically reduces the effectiveness of water magic paired with chaos magic.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: use chaos bolt and ice arrow
    Guys, now you are working in chaos magic, plz, correct this bug. I reported it in 2016!!!
