How about a small magnifying glass in the recipe book for old people with bad eye sight, including myself. :D This would allow you to zoom in to the recipe to see exactly what ingredients you're missing.

A simple and somewhat helpful idea. Although I'm not old, my sight isn't the best and I normally forget my glasses somewhere else before sitting down to play. +1 for @Ancev

Especially on the high resolution monitors this would be great.

Or they could just make all the ui windows scalable so we can drag them bigger or smaller to fit our individual needs. This would give more or less real estate for each windows background and the font would auto scale along with it.

While we're at it, I would like to be able to drag a ui window partially off the screen and just leave a focused portion visible. Some of these things take up way too much viewing space on a smaller monitor.

Agree window scaling would make it easier for people like myself who have to wear glasses to play
