    Title: Mail Addressee list
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details:
    Send Mail Addressee list contains:
    - people who friended me only
    - people I friended only
    - people I friended and they friended me
    - guild members
    - people on my ignore list
    (untested) people who idnore me?
    Steps to Reproduce: Visit mailbox in bank and click send mail option.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz (4) System RAM: 32712
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 GPU RAM: 2017
    SotA.EarlyAccess.LIVE.Win.64.629.Date.07.07.17
    Area: Novia_R3_City_Brittany
    Area Display Name: Central Brittany
    Loc: (384.5, 26.1, 311.6)

    It is weird to be able to send post to people who are on my ignore list?! Should not it be only friends only feature? or to people who actually friended me? I am okay with guild members being added as well, but why people from my ignore list appear there? And not sure about people I did not friend back.
