Mail Delivery Isn't Working?

    Blocker? Is mail delivery broken??
    Details: I mailed a character on my account a set of Bone Armor and a weapon. When I logged that character into the game I see the "you've got mail" icon in the upper right hand corner of the UI. When I open the mailbox in Soltown the Mailbox window says "loading..." and never resolves.
