    Title: Mail Fees are Prohibitive in Some Cases
    Reproduction Rate: some cases

    Details: Trying to mail a large order of carrots, and the fee is 1gp per carrot. Seems excessive... unless the design intent is to make it scale with the weight of the item. In which case, please also fix the weights of items so that they aren't so nonsensical.
