Make a difference store

I bought myself the water package and I´m quite content with e.g. the water cloak, not only for it´s looks but especially for the - not very usefull but funny - magical properties it has.

Now I would consider to buy an earth package too - yet with only 2 items in the earth tab and the earth cloak having no magical properties whatsoever I put that on halt until something changes...

Could e.g. the Earth Cloak extend the duration of the blowing leafs emote, similar like the water cloak extends the duration of the rain emote?
Or allow to grow the reaper sapling into a young reaper (that would not just be deco but commandable like a dog and have some combat abilities) over a larger amount of time and lots of watering?
Or add +1% to fruit harvested while wearing the cloak,
or add +1% seeds harvested additionally to the fruit,
or make everyone else slower in muddy/marshy terrain - except the wearer of an earth cloak?
