Make Mail tradable

With the mail system generating receipt mail with every purchase, which is good, the problem is you can't place these in a container in your house because they are marked as untradable. This means you have to fill bank slots for these or destroy them. I see no reason mail should be untradable, it even allows you, when you have player to player mail, to mail tickets/coupons etc, things you expect to get back.

If there is a good reason that is fine, guess i'll just be destroying them.

What about a folder system, that way each user could sort the messages as they like.
Some people may like to sort them by Location others by goods type ie. Ore, Weapons, Armor.
Also an easy way to see New or Unread or Unclaimed messages Vs old messages.
