Make Roving Encounter in Scene More Like on Map

    On the map, the monsters come at you. In the scene, not at all. Take the skeletons. They are lying in a fixed position around an altar, totally unlike the skeleton chasing you on the overworld.

    Doesn't have to fit exactly, but a little more coherence would be good.
